HOW DO I BUY A LYVEM GIFT CARD?
You can buy our gift cards in the gift card section. Once the order is confirmed, the gift card is sent to the email address you entered, in a separate email. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the gift card to be sent, so don’t worry if you don’t receive it straight away.
Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card.
Yes, we do offer paper or non- electronic gift cards. The gift card can be sent to your email in a printable format, so that you can print it if you want to or you just get in touch with us via orders@lyvem.com and we send you your gift card on the post way.
HOW DO YOU REDEEM YOUR GIFT CARD?
Enter your gift card code in the coupon field in the checkout.
In the checkout, you’ll see how much money is available on your gift card.
If your total exceeds the gift card amount, the full value will be used and the gift card is maxed out.
If your total is less than the gift card amount, there will be money left on the card and you can use it again at a later date.
You can also choose to not use your gift card as payment even after entering the code. Just press the x at the end of your code.
Gift cards are valid for 2 years.
